Group Exercise Classes

We offer classes for all ages, all levels and interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

Personal Training

We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. We offer personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier.

Water Activities

What would the Y be without water? Water exercise, adult swim lessons, and lap swimming are some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Y where we believe if you can do it on land, you can do some version of it in the water!

Sports and Recreation

Did you know that basketball and volleyball were invented by early YMCA leaders? At the Y, sports and recreational activities are something special. Friendly competition (even with yourself), lots of variety, and a supportive environment means team sports and recreation is fun again, and it makes for a healthier lifestyle. Our Y offers a variety of programs for teens and adults, including recreational drop-in sports like pickleball, basketball, and walking. Programs vary by branch. Youth Equipment Orientation

All 12-15 year-old members (including the 7th Grade Initiative members), are required to go through a fitness equipment orientation with our healthy living staff. Let us help you learn correct ways to use the equipment, personalize your exercise programs, and develop lifelong healthy habits!
